Drawing a blank

I am drawing a blank on a product idea. I'm trying to step out of my confort area and do something that is different and would be challenging, but nothing's come to me yet.

i dig this idea...i know i already told you this, but i am envisioning this line being perfect for students/recent grads/young professionals/etc who care about eating organic/want to do so but are not yet at the economic level to afford it. on that note, you could go a cool route with packaging multiple products in the form of a "care package" or something for students or recent grads out on their own...almost like an entry into eating organic on the cheap, if you will. also, since the products are going to not be as expensive, another thing you could design for them are coupons, i guess, since people buying them might like to get the extra discount.

also, this is really random, but the title of your posting--low priced organic products--reminds me for some reason of low-VOCs that i read about all the time in "going-green" articles I think (as in volatile organic compounds)...so naturally i then started thinking of the product name L-pOp's (the acronym of your posting)...I'm not at all suggesting this for the name for your product (the People's Organic is nice, simple, to the point) but just felt like sharing my strange connection/thought process.

another site that has pretty sweet, very simple packaging is pangea...http://www.pangeaorganics.com.
Not sure if there are images of their packages on the site, but I have a few and they are really nice (they are soap/cosmetics, not food, but the packaging is close to what you are thinking of doing, i think).

For some reason I didn't see your post until just now—but you've got some great ideas in here, so I wish I noticed this last week.
Great idea about the coupons, I think that's a good direction to move with the low cost thing, since it still allows me to "design" it a bit.
Also, I am thinking of going in a fairly similar direction as the pangea logo, so that's pretty on-point too!
